We usually deal with truck and container transport within project logistics. In addition to transportation, we receive and process all the necessary documents in accordance with the current customs regulations:
Commercial invoices (two copies)
The commercial invoice and pro forma invoice must be drawn up in the national language. We also recommend that both documents be translated into English.
Certificates of origin (at least one copy)
When importing goods to the countries of Asia and the East, a certificate of origin is required, certified by the competent authority of the exporting country. In Germany, these are responsible chambers of commerce and industry.
Packing lists (5 copies)
Packing lists should be in the national language, or ideally in both the national language and English. Packing lists contain information about the delivered goods, individual packages, types of packages, gross and net weight.
Price lists (at least two copies)
If there are price agreements between the exporter and importer, or if there are agreed transactions between related companies, we recommend that you have such agreements certified by the Chamber of Commerce responsible for your company.
Additional supporting documents
Often the customs authorities responsible for imports require a certified copy of the export accompanying document.
